text-decoration: none;">مشکینی، فقیه، اصولی، مفسر و استاد برجسته اخلاق حوزه علمیه قم بود. وی در روستای آلنی مشکین‌شهر اردبیل زاده شد و مقدمات علوم دینی را نزد پدر فراگرفت. سپس برای تکمیل تحصیلات به اردبیل و پس از آن به قم مهاجرت کرد. او دروس سطح را در قم به پایان برد و نزدیک به هفت ماه نیز در نجف اشرف از درس امام خمینی(ره) بهره برد، اما به‌دلیل گرمای هوا به ایران بازگشت. آیت‌الله </ins>مشکینی <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">از شاگردان برجسته آیات عظام بروجردی، محقق داماد و امام خمینی بود. وی از نخستین حامیان نهضت امام خمینی به شمار می‌رفت و به‌سبب مبارزات سیاسی چندین بار دستگیر و به شهرهایی چون ماهان، گلپایگان و کاشمر تبعید شد. پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی، مسئولیت‌های مهمی از جمله عضویت در خبرگان تدوین قانون اساسی، ریاست </ins>مجلس خبرگان رهبری در <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">سه دوره، امامت جمعه دائم قم و ریاست </ins>جامعه مدرسین حوزه علمیه قم <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">را بر عهده داشت. وی همچنین مؤسس مؤسسه الهادی برای نشر معارف اسلامی بود. </ins>از <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">آثار متعدد ایشان می‌توان به «مصطلحات الفقه»، «اصطلاحات الأصول»، «الهادی الی موضوعات نهج‌البلاغة»، «تحریر المواعظ العددیة»، «تفسیر روان» </ins>و <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">«ازدواج در اسلام» اشاره کرد</ins>. آیت‌الله <ins style="font-weight: bold;
